A short walk from Montana Ave. in Santa Monica, this project modernizes a series of 1980s townhomes. Hamilton Architects refreshed these residences with a comprehensive exterior remodel, addressing both style and substance. By replacing outdated design elements and resolving water intrusion through improved hardscape and landscape, this intervention revitalizes the townhomes with a fresh, contemporary look while ensuring long-term resilience, showcasing our expertise in blending aesthetic appeal with practical solutions.
