Located in Hollywood, Gwen is a Michelin Star restaurant by famed chef Curtis Stone and his brother, Luke. Owing its name to a grandmother of the brothers, Gwen utilizes a large double-height space as a focal point around which the butcher shop, kitchen, bar, and the upstairs barrel-vaulted wine cave dining room revolve. Working with the creative team at Home Design, Hamilton Architects negotiated normal city approvals plus the consent of the Los Angeles Department of City Planning’s Office of Historic Resources.
