Cream & White Family Compound

This private Santa Monica mini-compound features a rigorous, axially arranged design, placing the primary cream-masonry street facing main residence forward and a large 2-story ADU at the rear of the property.  The more traditional-leaning design style was chosen to integrate with the surrounding homes.
