This project on Belmont Ave. is a three-story duplex, just steps away from Echo Park Lake in Los Angeles. To remain consistent with the existing architectural character of this area, this project was conceived in the Craftsman style. Details such as horizontal siding, shingles, and low-pitch gable roofs contribute to the historical character.
