John Hamilton, AIA

John Hamilton is a distinguished figure in architecture, grounded in a family legacy of builders and designers in Los Angeles. His foundational experience began in a home crafted by the notable Paul Williams, FAIA, shaping his understanding of architectural impact from an early age. John’s exposure to a variety of living spaces during his youth— including a Spanish Revival by Architect John Byers, a Mid-Century Malibu Beachfront Condo, and a Tudor Townhouse—deepened his appreciation for architecture’s ability to influence how spaces are experienced.

A Graduate of the University of Southern California’s 5-year Bachelor of Architecture program, John focused his studies on the psychological effects of architectural design, developing a thesis that argued for a concept of architectural excellence that goes beyond stylistic boundaries. Today, he is recognized for his skill in leveraging design to create functional, impactful spaces.
